BREAKFAST
Banana Nut Overnight Oat
1 Serving

Why It's Kidney Friendly
Bananas in moderation add natural sweetness, and oats provide fiber, making this dish a wholesome, kidney-friendly breakfast.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon of honey
Directions
In a jar or bowl, combine oats and almond milk.
Stir in banana slices, walnuts, and honey.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy chilled in the morning.
