1 can of low-sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of your favorite low-sodium spice blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss chickpeas in olive oil and spice blend.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-30 minutes, until crispy.
Allow to cool before serving.
