Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal
1 to 2 Servings

Why It's Kidney Friendly
Oats are a wholesome source of fiber, and blueberries add antioxidants without overwhelming potassium levels, making this oatmeal a refreshing, kidney-friendly breakfast.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of honey
Directions
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add oats.
Cook until oats are tender, about 5 minutes, then stir in blueberries, lemon zest, and honey.
Serve warm, enjoying the bright flavors.
