Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken with Radish Salad
2 Servings

Why It's Kidney Friendly
Chicken is a lean protein, and pairing it with a fresh radish salad keeps this meal light and kidney-friendly, perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Radish Salad:
1 cup of sliced radishes
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
For the salad, toss radishes and parsley with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Serve chicken with radish salad on the side.
