Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup of almond flour

  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice mix

  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, almond flour, pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, honey, and egg until well combined.

  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Flatten slightly with a fork.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

  6. Let cool before serving.
