BREAKFAST
Raspberry Almond Overnight Oats
1 to 2 Servings

Why It's Kidney Friendly
Oats are a great source of fiber, and raspberries add a pop of flavor and antioxidants without a high potassium load, making this breakfast both nutritious and kidney-friendly.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons of slivered almonds
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Optional: A drizzle of honey or maple syrup
Directions
In a jar or bowl, mix oats, almond milk, and chia seeds. Let sit for at least 4 hours or overnight in the fridge.
Before serving, top with fresh raspberries, slivered almonds, and a sweetener if desired.
