Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 apple, diced

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Directions

  1. Cook oats according to package instructions.

  2. Add diced apples, cinnamon, and honey.

  3. Stir well and serve warm.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of peeled and diced butternut squash

  • 2 cups of low-sodium vegetable broth

  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
