Toasted Walnut and Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 apple, diced

  • 1/4 cup of walnuts, toasted and chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Cook oats in almond milk according to package instructions.

  2. Stir in cinnamon and half of the diced apple midway through cooking.

  3. Serve hot, topped with the remaining apple and toasted walnuts.
