30 Minutes Easy Kidney-Friendly Recipe

Lunch: Refreshing Cucumber & Yogurt Soup
Why It's Kidney Friendly
Cucumbers are hydrating and low in potassium, and Greek yogurt provides protein, making this a kidney-friendly way to cool down at lunch.
Ingredients
2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill for garnish
Directions
In a blender, combine cucumbers, Greek yogurt, and garlic.
Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with fresh dill.
