30 Minutes Easy Kidney-Friendly Recipe

Breakfast: Watermelon & Greek Yogurt Parfait

Watermelon is hydrating and low in potassium, while Greek yogurt provides protein, making this parfait a kidney-friendly way to start a summer day.
Ingredients
1 cup diced watermelon
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
A sprinkle of granola, optional
Directions
Layer Greek yogurt and diced watermelon in a cup or bowl.
Drizzle with honey and top with a sprinkle of granola if desired.
Serve chilled.
