Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rolled oats

  • 1 large apple, peeled and diced

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, diced apple, and cinnamon.

  3. In another bowl, mix applesauce, almond milk, honey, and beaten egg.

  4. Pour wet ingredients over the oat mixture and stir until combined.

  5. Pour into the prepared baking dish.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.

  7. Serve warm.
