Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 apple, peeled and grated

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine oats, almond milk, egg, cinnamon, baking powder, and honey. Blend until smooth.

  2. Stir in the grated apple.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  4. Pour batter into the skillet to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

  5. Serve warm with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
