Breakfast: Berry Bliss Smoothie
Why It's Kidney Friendly
Berries are antioxidant-rich and lower in potassium, and Greek yogurt provides protein, making this smoothie a kidney-friendly way to start your day.
Ingredients
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve cold.
