Berry Almond Smoothie Bowl

Berries are low in potassium, and almonds provide healthy fats, making this smoothie bowl a vibrant, kidney-friendly way to start your day.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
1/4 cup of almond slivers
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Directions
Blend berries, almond milk, and banana until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with almond slivers and chia seeds.
