Breakfast: Overnight Chia Seed Pudding with Berries

Why It's Kidney Friendly

Chia seeds are packed with fiber and nutrients, and berries are lower in potassium, making this a kidney-friendly start to your day.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries

Directions

  1. Mix chia seeds and almond milk, let it sit overnight in the fridge.

  2. In the morning, sweeten with honey and top with fresh berries.

  3. Serve chilled.
