30 Minutes Easy Kidney-Friendly Recipe
I made it a point to start with the most requested feature which is to serve you with quick, easy, and kidney-friendly recipes. Each recipe counts the SPPP: sodium, potassium, phosphorus and protein for easier review. Enjoy!
Breakfast: Overnight Chia Seed Pudding with Berries
Why It's Kidney Friendly
Chia seeds are packed with fiber and nutrients, and berries are lower in potassium, making this a kidney-friendly start to your day.
Ingredients
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 cup of mixed berries
Directions
Mix chia seeds and almond milk, let it sit overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, sweeten with honey and top with fresh berries.
Serve chilled.

Lunch: Cold Cucumber Soup
Why It's Kidney Friendly

Ingredients
2 cups of cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh dill
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
