Berries offer antioxidants and oats provide fiber, making these overnight oats a convenient and kidney-friendly beach day breakfast.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
A handful of fresh berries
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
Directions
Mix oats and almond milk in a mason jar or airtight container.
Top with fresh berries and sweetener.
Cover and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
