Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 apple, diced

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Directions

  1. Mix oats, almond milk, cinnamon, and honey in a jar or bowl.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, stir well and top with diced apples.

  4. Serve chilled or warm it up if desired.
